On Sunday, May 31, we’re celebrating a simple but meaningful day at Bethel: Invite‑A‑Friend to Church Sunday.
New and old friends, and guests are always welcome anytime, but on May 31, we are making an extra effort to invite guests. Think of someone in your life who could use a place of hope, a caring community, or simply a warm welcome. A neighbor. A coworker. A family member. A friend you’ve been meaning to reconnect with. This is the perfect Sunday to reach out and say, “Come sit with me.”
We’ll gather for worship at 10:30 AM, sharing music, prayer, and a message of God’s love for all people. After worship, everyone is invited to stay for fellowship and potluck Sunday lunch provided by regular worshippers—a relaxed chance for guests to meet our church family and feel at home.
Whether you bring one friend or five, or whether you are the friend someone brings, we’re grateful for every person who walks through our doors. Let’s fill the sanctuary with joy, connection, and the spirit of welcome that makes Bethel such a special place.
Who will you invite?
